Due to the personal nature of fragrances, Oscii does not offer returns or exchanges once the product is opened or used.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following scenarios:

• Damaged or broken item upon delivery (with video proof).
• Incorrect product received.

To initiate a refund:

• Email us at support@oscii.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Include order number, issue details, and unboxing video/images

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
